Why Choose Cold-Pressed Flours?

Traditional chakkis used for grinding grains operate at high speeds, generating significant heat—between 100°C and 125°C—within the grinding chamber. This excessive heat leads to the loss of essential nutrients, affecting the quality of the flour.
In contrast, cold-pressed flours are processed at a much lower speed, keeping the temperature between 45°C and 50°C. This preserves the natural nutrients, ensuring a healthier and more nutritious product.

Why Choose Cold-Pressed Flours?

No Excess Heat, No Nutrient Loss

Modern flour chakkis and industrial flour mills operate at high speeds for bulk production and cost efficiency, but this generates excess heat (up to 125°C), leading to significant nutrient loss in the flour. Though faster (increased output) and more profitable, this process sacrifices product quality by burning essential nutrients.

Cold-pressing produces oils and flours without generating excess heat. While an industrial flour machine can process 4 tons per hour, a cold-pressed machine yields just 20 kg, preserving nutrients by avoiding heat damage.

True grinding, No Breaking

Modern machines quickly break grains into fine particles, sacrificing quality for speed. In contrast, stone-pressed chakkis use true grinding, gradually grating grains layer by layer, retaining their natural oils and producing superior flour.
